Return Process

  Log into your MOOD account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
